It seems that it is deliberately misleading as many customers had dogs and to state that you would not need to pay if going with a dog would drastically reduce revenue!

@mavor_kate morning, just wondering what your views are on customers having to pay entrance at stone henge (£50 for 2 of us) walking a mile to the monument to be told we cannot actually enter it with dogs. Staff quite frustrated as it happens frequently!

On contacting customer services as advised, we had no joy and were even lied to by one advisor, who stated that the sign said about dogs not entering the monument field, we have a picture of the sign, it does not say anything about dogs
