Things that are NOT "presidential acts"

- coups
- stealing classified records
- defaming your rape victims
- false claims of election fraud
- managing slates of fake electors
- pressuring the acting Attorney General to make false claims of election fraud
- pressuring the Vice President to hijack Congress's certification of the election, or to step aside from presiding over it
- organizing and inciting a mob of your supporters to assault police officers and take control of the Capitol to stop Congress from certifying the election
