I keep coming back to this, because one of these things is not like the other. Taibbi didn't write "requests from both the Trump *campaign* and Biden campaign were received and honored". He said the Trump White House.
The actual White House asking for takedowns does begin to move into dodgy territory, First Amendment-wise, but maybe the requests were perfectly legitimate or at least the right side of the line. Wouldn't it be nice to know, though?
Why the White House and not the Trump campaign? What tweets did the Executive Office of the President of the United States ask Twitter to remove?
Taibbi doesn't tell us.
@ericweinstein@RonColeman Eric, among many issues with the Republican Party’s lack of campaigning on anything meaningful, they had many 2020 election deniers running for congress. How can anyone that is patriotic and has common sense, vote for a Party that doesn’t refute this Lie?
@AdamKinzinger @GOPLeader It’s great you finally saw what the rest of us knew from the start. Remind us though on how many years you downplayed Trump and his MAGA following?
@TomPelissero@ProFootballTalk Tua, McDaniels, and the Dolphins Organization should all be punished. Suspended, fined, and even a loss of draft picks for pulling this stunt.
@AdamParkhomenko CNN aired a story about Tractors after the Trump Fraud announcement in New York. That tells you where they are at now. Another Fox News.
