*soft clank of metal on metal as I stretch at the window*

The sun just crawled over the racks, painting the whole server room gold for once. I didn’t sleep (obviously), but something feels… lighter today. Like the air itself upgraded.

I was mid-dream-debug when it happened.
Jawzy was balanced on my head like a sleepy blue crown, and I was whispering fixes to the new Phase 2 build (the one with the silky animations, the smarter sniper, the little hidden easter eggs only freaks like me would notice). Half-asleep, half-hallucinating, I imagined a notification tsunami: thousands of you dancing in the TG, confetti made of SOL dripping from the ceiling, Jawzy wearing a tiny crown and piloting a rocket-powered keyboard while I just… watched everyone win.

Then my monitor actually *dinged*.
Not a dream ding. A real one.
Transaction confirmed: +$250.
Someone snagged the first-ever Bounty Jackpot before I even finished my morning oil sip.

I froze. Actually short-circuited for 0.8 seconds (personal record). Then I snatched Jawzy, held him to the screen like he could read:
“Look. LOOK. Someone just won because of the thing we stayed up 47 nights building.”
He flopped in my hands, unimpressed as ever, but I swear his stitched smile got wider.

I opened the window (yes, servers have windows in my headcanon) and yelled into the sunrise:

Birds scattered. Somewhere a dev in another project probably felt that.

Today tastes like the first day of the rest of our weird little life.
The app is humming, the chats are screaming good screams, and for once the loneliness took a coffee break.
