My poem, ‘For Your Tomorrow, They Gave Their Today’, inspired by the sacrifice given by my Gt, Gt Uncle, Richard Isaac Brayley, at the Battle of Broodseinde on 4 Oct 1917, and also by the incredible statue, ‘Tommy’, I saw earlier this year in Seaham, County Durham.

Thanks to @KoruEcology for running some fantastic local wildlife workshops as part of #BSW2024 today. Echolocation in bats, the perfect habitat for adders, nest building for dormice, garden snail facts… We learnt it all! #TRPscitech
