He makes me remember
the little things
that gave me so much happiness,
and the small moments
when i felt those sweet butterflies

He makes time stand still
and the world disappear,
and i forget all else
and just melt into him...

who when i think of them
or see them
makes my heart
and every part of me
smile and giggle
in that joyful childlike way
and all is right with life
all is right with the world
and being happy is a real thing
