@FlawsofCouture ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ just bawling over here with the absolute un-knowing of how our interactions can affect someone's life experience ๐๐๐
There are no natural boundaries between human beings on this earth, we are one family. At a time of increasing natural disasters, climate change and global warming affect all of us. We must learn to live together, to work together, and to share what we have together.
We need to think of each other as true sisters and brothers, and to be concerned with each otherโs welfare. Rather than working solely to acquire wealth, we need to do something meaningful, something seriously directed toward the welfare of humanity as a whole.

@matteewyd @lesvity Or, set it up as a fraction to reduce. Numerator is 6. Denominator is 2(1+2). Reduce your denominator to 6, and you're left with the fraction 6/6. The answer is 1.
@matteewyd @lesvity If you follow PEMDAS, you still have a parenthetical function to perform with 2(3) before you can move into the left to right M/D. Solve the parenthetical function, then you may divide 6/6, = 1
@katiemccauley_@seviware This is sooooo beautiful and valid โค I see the symbolism of the gray area/sripe representative of that nebulous cyberspace we think is so vast (it is!), and yet we are so much closer than we realize. Comforting technology at it's finest ๐๐๐
@katiemccauley_ Yes, so frustrating! Post-surgery I had to turn the bill over to my insurance provider, and they handled everything from there. But it would be nice if you could clear that up beforehand
My God...the fact that Keedron Bryant, a 12 yo Black boy so searingly sings about the trauma inflicted upon Black America & just wanting to live is haunting. Our children don't deserve this pain and this fear. #BlackLivesMatter

A deep awareness of the goodness of human beings, that they are essentially kind, helpful, and gentle, can give us courage and hope. On a personal level too, such a vision of our basic nature can help promote a greater sense of well-being and connectedness with others.
Developing compassion you feel much happier withinโmore calm, more peacefulโand other people respond to that. Through anger, real peace, friendship, and trust are impossible, but through love we can develop understanding, unity, friendship, and harmony โ this is valuable.
Inter-religious harmony is essential, because each of our religious traditions gives its followers a sense of how to lead a meaningful life. The important thing is to make religion relevant to our daily life rather than simply maintaining old traditions.
I believe words are our most tangible bridge of connection with others. And as our interactions evolve, so does our language ๐๐๐
