🚨 BREAKING | WHO ORDERED UKRAINE'S STARSHIELD SLOWDOWN?

But The Telegraph now reports a different account.

Citing four sources familiar with the discussion, the newspaper says Elon Musk personally proposed restricting Ukraine's satellite service, and Trump agreed.

Reuters separately reported that the order to impose restrictions came from within the White House. A senior U.S. official denied Trump issued it.

On October 14, the restrictions disrupted Ukrainian drone operations, including defensive missions against Russian attacks.

The timing coincided with Trump's pressure on Kyiv to stop striking Russian oil refineries.

The Telegraph's account alleges both men were involved. That allegation remains unconfirmed.

Trump has been relentlessly smearing you.

He just cut a "deal" with Putin to flood the global markets with Russian diesel, pumping money into a war machine that is slaughtering innocent Ukrainian men, women, and children.

Then, the Starlink service that you use to prevent Russian drones from striking civilian targets inside your country has its service interrupted, seemingly by the White House.

Although he must have been raging inside, Zelenskyy listened carefully to the reporter's question. He then paused for over ten seconds, letting his silence stretch and fill with dramatic meaning.

He then cracked a knowing smirk and the room erupted into laughter. He paused, leaned forward, still smiling and said: "This is my answer."

"Thank you so much," the reporter said as the room continued to laugh.

This is the perfect way to thread the needle. Zelenskyy managed to agree with the assessment that Trump is scapegoating him for his problems without having to say it out loud. He's not afraid to embarrass this disgrace of a President, but at the same time his ultimate responsibility is to the wellbeing of the Ukrainian people. He doesn't want to alienate Trump so badly that there's no hope for a reconciliation and a full resumption of American military support.

This is how it's done.
