@WestJet well another 5 hours on hold for a total of 10 hrs. Looking at other tweets I guess I’m not alone. Not sure how you’ll manage to stay in business with this type of customer service. I’ll be telling everyone I know about this.

Well. We are on hour 5, and I just got another message to try the web to solve my issues, but that just directs me back to the call center. I’m In a business that deals in customer service and I’d be out of business if I treated customers like this. #WestJet

So after 4 hours on hold last night we are back on hold with @WestJet again this morning. We are 1 hour in and still nothing. We’ve memorized the recordings. I really question if anyone’s working.

Well it’s now been 3hrs on hold. Congrats @WestJet that’s a new personal record. You should be proud. Oh and we did try the website and that’s who directed us to phone. I think I have another 1/2 hour in me. Then I may need to give up. Ridiculous.
