@ExhibitRey I’ve heard this from a lot of people, I will say wfh has inadvertently turned me more extroverted. I do not be home if I don’t have to be lol
I think this is situational because I’ve done both and fully remote is by far the best experience (for me)
I was the most unhealthy working in an office full of vending machines, group lunches and birthdays that are hard to say no to.
WFH I cook more, snack less.
Mental health wise, there are better boundaries with colleagues when you’re working virtually.
I do agree that breaking it up every once in a while by going to a co working space is a good idea.
