After years of reflection, research, and conversations through MMSP, my book is finally ready:
POLYGYNY: WHO ARE THE QUALIFIED MEN?
This is not a book written to glorify desires. It is a serious discussion about responsibility, justice, emotional maturity, leadership, and
@PeterObi This man that couldn't control his family didn't pay his Anambra athletes in 2012.
Nigeria would have qualified if he was president but the players will go to field drinking garri and epa...
Very useleeesss man...
You all remember when I screened the Dangote Refinery a while back and told you it was on track to comfortably pass the Islamic equity screen? We have a massive update on that.
Davido earlier, leaked an official application form showing the private placement price is locked in at $0.35 per share, which is about N480. Based on this private leak, financial experts are now gauging that the public IPO will likely be priced between N600 and N800 per share.
Let’s recalculate what this means for our previous screening, using these actual numbers.
1. The Business Activity Screen (Passed): The refinery doesn't deal in interest, gambling, alcohol, or pork.
2. The Financial Ratio Screen (Passed): This is where the leak is crucial for us.
Before now, we used the conservative $40 billion valuation floor alongside the refinery's freshly consolidated $4 billion senior syndicated loan (the one underwritten by Afreximbank and Access Bank). That gave us a debt-to-market value ratio of 10% less than the standard threshold of 33% needed for a stock to be halal.
Now, the leaked share price perfectly cements the targeted market valuation right within the $40 billion to $50 billion range analysts have been projecting. This proves this ratio is now a structural reality.
3. The Revenue & Liquidity Screen (On Track): For a stock to be tradeable, its liquid assets (e.g: interest-bearing cash and receivables) must also remain below the 30% to 33% threshold of its market capitalization or total assets to ensure the company isn't just trading paper money.
With the refinery now fully operational and generating massive commercial cash flows from actual fuel sales, its revenue and asset structure is overwhelmingly dominated by halal trade, thus, keeping any potential purification ratio completely negligible (<5%).
The leaked share price proves that the refinery is sitting in a very safe, compliant position across the board.
For those asking where to put their money to build sustainable, asset-backed halal wealth, this upcoming IPO remains structurally sound and legally compliant.
Keep your eyes on the timeline, and prepare your money. Wealth is coming 👏🏿👏🏿

Everyone backed Spain to dominate Nigeria in the 1998 WC match, but Okocha had other ideas. 🇳🇬🔥
- Controlled the game with dribbles and passes
- Embarrassed Spain's right-back until they removed at half-time
- Sunday Oliseh scored the winner from his dangerous long throw
That picture says it all. Bernardo Silva in the white shirt, both fingers pointing up, smiling like a man who already knows where he belongs. The transfer world is going wild, and honestly, it deserves a moment of real appreciation.
Nine years at the Etihad. Six Premier League titles. The Champions League. Twenty major honours in total. And he leaves as a free agent, which tells you something important about how football's economy actually works: the most valuable thing a player can accumulate is not just medals, it's leverage.
Think about that career arc. Bernardo is the most-used player in Pep Guardiola's entire coaching career, playing 460 times for him. Not the most talented on paper, perhaps, but the most trusted. That is a different kind of status, and it is the kind that travels.
Jose Mourinho, preparing to return to the Bernabeu as head coach, has been actively pushing to bring Silva to Madrid as part of his squad reconstruction, and the agent who brought Mourinho back to Real Madrid, Jorge Mendes, is the same agent as Bernardo Silva. In football as in business, relationships are infrastructure. The deal does not happen without that web of trust already in place.
Silva reportedly halted advanced talks with both Barcelona and Atletico Madrid following direct assurances from his compatriot, completely flipping a race many thought was already settled. Barcelona had a head start. Logic said Camp Nou. And then one phone call from the right person changed everything.
The lesson worth carrying into your own life is this: loyalty to the project matters, but so does your willingness to pivot when something better and more intentional comes along. Bernardo did not panic. He waited, kept his options open, and let the right door find him.
He said he would go where he is really wanted. Simple. And it worked.
The Bernabeu is about to get a proper professional.
Alhamdulillah. If you told the small boy attending a government primary school in Birnin Kudu that he’d graduate from the #1 university in the UK twice, he wouldn’t have believed you. Yesterday, I received my PhD in Civil & Environmental Engineering from @ImperialCollege. 🎓✨
We played today. In fact, the whole of Africa did, and we beat you mercilessly, with the help of our brother Julián Quiñones. We will be playing in Czech and South Korean jerseys in the coming days. Nonsense. 😂
Another brother and friend from United Arab Emirates just received a copy of the most wanted book:

I have been to South Africa many times, but only for conferences. Unfortunately, we were unlikely to meet, because I stayed in the parts of South Africa owned by your actual oppressors: the landowners you are too afraid to confront, and the places you could not afford to stay in.
I also paid a visit to Madiba’s statue because, as a child, I stood in queues, like millions of African children of my generation, to donate my school money to the campaign for his freedom. 😁
A Black man scoring the first goal of the 2026 World Cup to silence the African continent’s most hostile nation towards Black foreigners is absolutely poetic. Thank you, Mexico! 🇲🇽
This is the opening ceremony of the 2022 World Cup.
This was the World Cup everyone claimed Qatar couldn't pull off, but they ended up hosting arguably the best, most organised World Cup in recent memory.
The Quran recitation and the calm atmosphere gave it a unique feel never seen before.
Now, we wait to see what the upcoming tournament in North America will bring.
The bar has been set incredibly high, and it is going to take a lot more than the usual American corporate and media hype to match this level of soul and standard.
