@AmazonUK and still not out for delivery... ordered on the 20th for delivery on the 23rd "delayed" yesterday and being delivered today, and hasn't even made it out of the yard yet...

And now even you guys on twitter support are saying i need to wait for the courier to return the item before my refund!

@AmazonHelp And the saga continues today... I've opted to go to work today to prevent loss of money, but lo and behold another order I placed for delivery this coming Sunday as it contains age restricted items that need id on delivery... Is being delivered today!!! What is going on!!!

@AmazonHelp Entirely useless. Support managers told me "wait another 24 hours at home and that it was delayed due to 'issues'" I mean I didn't suspect it was intentionally delayed but your staff are entirely useless.

@AmazonHelp @AmazonUK Yeah. Delivery was meant to be yesterday... Based on the date I CHOSE for delivery, which you failed, and again today it hadn't been put out on a truck! It's not acceptable especially now that I've taken a days unpaid leave to wait at home!!
