Faster max speed for Smart Summon 6mph 👉 8mph
You can also now see distance traveled with FSD since last intervention.
Tesla Vision allows us to deploy airbags up to 70 milliseconds earlier if your Tesla detects an unavoidable collision
This can be the difference between serious injury & walking away from a crash
Train the AI behind real-world robots
We’re hiring Data Labelers to annotate images and videos to train Optimus & autonomous systems.
You’ll work with real production data & directly impact how these systems learn and operate in the real world

One of the biggest improvements with Actually Smart Summon is the connection/responsiveness from the phone to the car.
The car immediately responds to your button press, even right after stopping the last session, which it would have a big delay on in the past.
This wins the internet today! After a decade removed from behind the wheel, at 90 years young Mimi was “Thrilled to Pieces!” to get to experience The Beast @cybertruck . Enjoy her reaction! @Tesla@Tesla_AI
Tesla AI Sr. Staff Engineer says Tesla has implemented a new software based Auto-Wiper system that uses the wiper motor itself as a tactile sensor.
Instead of relying solely on the front cameras, the system estimates the physical friction between the rubber wiper blade and the glass by analyzing the motor’s electrical power consumption.
The system will also automatically enable the defroster when high friction is detected, such as frost or ice. Additionally, it keeps a long-term friction level average to warn when wiper replacements are necessary due to higher than normal friction. Smart stuff!
I suspect this system will get better over time with OTA updates.
