@wevegotwheels I contacted Highways and borough councillors about it at the time. No reply from Highways. I am still disappointed that Local Sustainable Transport Funding was used to spoil a good cycle route, in favour of motorists' access to town centre car parks.

@wevegotwheels This used to be a fantastic cycle route into town and my regular cycle commute between Cambray Place and The Park. The road layout changes to facilitate car access to the Regent Arcade car park ruined it.
So much for the Cheltenham Traffic Plan being about improving active travel

@Isabella_Kam I live on a dead end street, but only 2 houses from a road which has become a rat run in the last decade. When we bought the house 19 years ago, traffic wasn't a problem. Now with children back to school after the Easter holidays and lockdown lifting, traffic is as bad as ever.

@Isabella_Kam I had a phone conversation with my mother the other morning, when for some reason I hadn't been outdoors yet. And she commented how well I sounded: apparently normally I sound out of breath, audible breathing and frequently stopping for breath in the middle of sentences.
