Please note that decent temperature indoors is not 16C when outside is 50C. I think if we manage to reduce temperature by 10-15 degrees it's sufficient. We don't need to live in server rooms.

Why doesn't anyone in the UAE use burjeels (wind towers) and natural methods of insulation theese days?
I'm confident that we can use modern knowledge and technology to enhance traditional building methods to achieve a decent temperature indoors during summer.
