@kiwicom247 After my flight was cancelled, they offered me an invalid refund. When asked, they contradict themselves and tell you to contact the airline yourself. DO NOT BOOK WITH KIWI. They will scam you out of your money and refund. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.
