Another month, another customer support debacle. This time with @LGUK . I bought a washing machine by them, which came with a minor defect: the pump filter is stuck and can't be removed so I can't clean it out. This went on my mental to-do list, where it stayed until today. (1/?)

Another customer support agent asks me the same questions again, at least they don't suggest the same fix, or, as the previous one, that I run the machine again so we can see the error code again.
To remind you: the machine isn't pumping properly, so I'm reluctant. (5/?)
