In recent times, the LLMs and Agentic AI platforms have got better in pretending they are not hallucinating and making the engineers believe it.

Mark these words of me! I am confident when I say this and my hallucination score is 0.14.

If it can interpret and say I'm not yet ready to handle these sets of inputs and its parameters, that is the meaningful start of accuracy scale to me.

I am working on ML models which are trained for specific tasks. Here, I work on accuracy.

The accuracy I see is, "can the model interpret what it is working on for first?".
