@LandsharkRides I have always been intrigued by Øllebrød. Rye and beer porridge with a some cream and lemon zest sounds delicious. Always been too lazy to make though
@VanessaJung0va RIP Gary. Maybe it's my misreading it, but is it that there were no remains that meant they kept searching? Presumably a roster of firefighters that day would have confirmed if he was in an ill-fated ladder?
@FLY_PON_ Fair enough. I like Japan and Japanese people. I lived there for some time around 20 years ago (don't worry I didn't touch any of your food). It's probably a translation and context issue, as you say.
@FLY_PON_ Maybe. I think it's probably rude in most countries if you play with food in a shop without buying it. I just struggle to see how it's rude to check for ingredients etc. Surely people with allergies in Japan are allowed to look to see if it's going to kill them?
@__Anal_or_Die_@rmmmnmn00 That was never in question. Is it not a given that playing around with food is wrong? My issue was the 💉 idiot apparently not being able to distinct between the touching/playing with food Vs simply checking information on food
@FLY_PON_ Wouldn't do that. Messing with food and packages is dirty. The original post made it sound as though it was wrong to even check information before buying
@__Anal_or_Die_@rmmmnmn00 Can you not extrapolate beyond what you see? OP quote complains about someone observing it's "bad manners" in Japan to touch packaged food. It's not an unreasonable assumption that the 💉 idiot was talking about touching of all food packets, not just the dancing idiots.
@__Anal_or_Die_@rmmmnmn00 What part makes you think I don't understand that? Original post complains about people touching products. It's a fair question. Do Japanese just live in perpetual fear of everything? What an existence.
