Reece Patterson is a 2026 3B/MIF/RHP/UT with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from Suwanee, GA who attends Lambert. Tall, athletic frame. Ran a 6.80 60-yard dash. 30's: 4.01 sec , Broad Jump: 9 ft’ 6 inches , Vertical Jump: 33.4 inches.

HITTING: Right-handed hitter, high hands, high back elbow, hanging knee lift trigger, floating leg lift, developing impact and ability to get on plane, middle field contact when extended. Recently scored 87 (Elite Class) on slow-motion video/bat senser mechanics analysis.

FIELDING: Primary third baseman and MIF, moves well to his spots, high three-quarters slot, comes out quick and clean, clean transfers, made all the plays . Gets into good positions and can create angles. First step quickness & clean glove. Arm strength plays from both outfield and infield positions. Translates to left-side of the infield. Took reps in the outfield, shorter arm action to a high three-quarters slot, accurate, loose arm action.

PITCHNG: Pitchability is another strength. Secondary right-handed pitcher, standard side step delivery with a high belt lift, direct down the slope, high three-quarters slot, curveball has depth, gets under the fastball some at release. . Ability to fill the zone with repertoire & work into pitcher-advantage counts often. Good mix of fastball, curveball, changeup & slider. SLIDER can be plus at times. Reece looks the part on the mound with present size & strength. Works off a good fastball that features run down in the zone generating swing-and-miss results and weak contact. Also complements fastball with curveball that tunnels well with downer bite, and a changeup where he maintains arm-speed for sell. Patterson works quick on the mound and right at hitters with a me-versus-you demeanor that is hard to teach.
