But now it is going to be 5 p.m. and still no confirmation when it will be restored. Such a unprofessional working of NPCL.

Absolute unprofessional on the part of NPCL, they came with unplanned activity of metering cubicle maintenance and its been 6hrs without supply and team working keep in saying it will take 15 min.

The question is who is going to pay for diesel expense ???

As you must be aware that there was a fault in NPCL grid supply and hence entire society was on DG from 6:52am-9:30am.
Further post restoration we observed that the phase were connected wrongly from NPCL side and hence all our water Pumps started running reverse. @npclgrnoida

फिक्स चार्ज का काफी पैसा NPCL के पास हर महीने जाता है, उसके उपर बिजली का मीटर लगाने मे 2200 घरों से 17500/- Rs हर घर से लिए गए, 3.85 करोड़ रुपये एक मुस्त लेने के बाद भी NPCL ट्रांसफार्मर जैसे जरूरी उपकरणो को सुचारु रूप से चलाने की जिम्मेदारी खुद क्यों नहीं लेगा. #multipoint छल है

@guy4mKnp @CMOfficeUP @npclgrnoida Connection के नाम पर हर फ्लैट से Rs.17700 लिए और उसके बाद हर महीने Fixed charges लेते हैं। लगभग 3.74 करोड रुपए से ज���यादा एक बार ले लिए और लगभग 12 लाख प्रति महीने फिक्स्ड चार्जेस के लिए ले रहें है।

@guy4mKnp @CMOfficeUP @npclgrnoida u charged 17000 per flat for providing connection and that comes out to 3.74 crores from panchsheel greens 1. And you used existing infrastructure provided by builder for connection. Can you justify this huge amount u charged?
