Amazingly researched, complex and mind-expanding, beautifully written, intensely romantic, and with some of the best female characters ever conceived. Pawn in Frankincense, in particular, is heart wrenching. That said, not everyone is intelligent enough to appreciate these complex masterpieces, and until your mind is captured, the reading can be difficult. If you’re uneducated and unwilling to learn, don’t bother to try.
