@DoctorMommy401@bentleyliz2 IANAL, but it varies from state to state, and it's generally pretty difficult to get a conviction overturned on the basis of ineffective counsel. I mean, the attorney has to egregiously screw up.
@watchkeep Didn't they do a background check on him and he just told them he pled guilty because he was framed or some shit? And then the denomination was like, "Cool, welcome to the club! Should we build you a sauna?"
