@Pena_Is_King26 @Stoled2ndbase @ejprinting @asollecito11 Yeah 15 and 16 were rebuilding years and he became a management advisor in the organization. To say he was fired for his bad teams was not true. He was a major reason the organization was competitive at all in 2000s and 2010s.

@Pena_Is_King26 @Stoled2ndbase @ejprinting @asollecito11 They won 96 games in 2011 and went to the nlcs. Melvin also brought in CC and got them to the playoffs in 08. Drafted and developed numerous all-star guys. He took over in 02 and built the team into a respectable franchise again.

@NocontextRvB Agreed with maybe just a couple exceptions. Completing game on highest difficulty and 100% completion type stuff. Xbox has a special chime for an achievement that less than 10% of the players have unlocked. Maybe something along those lines.
