@discord_support @discord I made 2 posts about my ticket and ranted on reddit, and as I've been told by a few people, this Ezio guy was a menace to them on that day as well. Did the dude just have a bad day, decided that everyone should be on the same shit creek as him and closed their tickets?

Please, what kind of "human review" just close tickets without providing any sort of explanation or responses? I waited for over a month just for my ticket that actually got routed to the rjght team to be closed? The only open ticket left only got an AI reply, nothing more

お世話になっております。
常闇トワです。

まずはご心配をおかけしてしまい申し訳ございません。

6月21日の朝、突然強いめまいと立ちくらみの症状が出てしまい、自力で立つことや歩くことができなくなったため救急搬送され治療を受けておりました。

病院へは白上フブキちゃんについてきてもらい、その後担当マネージャーにも連絡・対応・駆けつけてもらいました。本当に感謝しています。

その後、セカンドオピニオンも含めて診察を受けた結果、現時点ではメニエール病の疑いがあるとの診断を受けています。

医師からは今月いっぱい休養するよう指示を受けており、会社とも相談した結果、今月は活動をお休みさせていただくことになりました。
来月以降については、今後の体調や診察結果を見ながら判断していきます。

また、V最スト6については当日の辞退となってしまい、主催の渋谷ハルさん、チームメンバーの皆さん、応援してくださっていた皆さん、そして関係者の皆様に多大なご迷惑をおかけしてしまい、本当に申し訳ありませんでした。

最後まで出場したい気持ちはありましたが、その��の状態では試��に参加できる状況ではありませんでした。

現在は薬の効果もあり、自力で歩けるところまで回復しています。
まだ頭を動かした際のめまいやふらつきは残っていますが、少しずつ体を動かして良くなっています。

命に別状はありませんので、その点は安心してください！

まずはしっかり休んで治療に専念し、元気な姿で戻ってこられるよう頑張ります🙇‍♂️

たくさんの温かいメッセージやお気遣い、本当にありがとうございます。

【Solo Raid Suspension and Distributed Damage Issues】

We have confirmed an issue where the distributed damage functionality of certain Nikkes is not functioning as intended.
This issue occurs with Scarlet: Black Shadow's Skill 1, [Fleetly Fading: Breakthrough], and Elegg's Skill 1, [Short Circuit].
To maintain a fair gaming environment, Solo Raid - Annihilio is scheduled to be suspended on June 23 at 4:59:59 (UTC+9).

We sincerely apologize for the delay in informing Commanders, as additional time was required to determine the exact cause of the issue and assess its impact.

As an apology for the delay in announcing this known issue and the Solo Raid suspension, we have prepared the following compensation:
(Gems × 6000, Annihilio Frame III × 1, Collection Item Selection Box × 1, Collection Item Box II × 2, Collection Item Box × 7, Miscellaneous Box Season 5 × 60, Cube Battery Random Reward × 66, Maintenance Kit Box II × 56, Maintenance Kit Box × 16, Custom Module × 5)
Compensation will be distributed via Mailbox on June 23 (Tue).

Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this unexpected issue.
