I haven’t tweeted anything in over four months but to sum things up I live to train and have made some of the greatest, inspiring friends in the process. So thankful I decided to step into my gym and put myself out there 💙
Truly don’t know what I would do with myself without this outlet. MMA has been so beneficial for my physical and mental health. And I’ve met so many great people. Just really thankful I pushed myself to get here 😌
Did an hour each of CrossFit, Muay Thai, and jiu jitsu followed by 30 minutes of one on one striking training this morning. Pretty certain I burned at least a million calories but had FUN doing it. Monday mornings have become my fave 🤙🏻👏🏻
