-it was a sack and would have been declined

@jaredhoutsma @jpkolb That is a pure 'tu quoque' fallacy. Alcohol is widely available and widely used. Marijuana is not. To boldly claim a "benefit" were it substituted for alcohol is simply not supported by any evidence.
