⚡ 2 MW Solar Power Plant Successfully Synchronized

The 2 MW Solar Power Plant of Sri Boinapally Muralidhar Rao, located at Enugallu Village, Parvathagiri Mandal, Warangal Rural Division, was successfully synchronized with the grid today at 4:45 PM.

🤝 The synchronization was carried out in the presence of the Chief Engineer (IPC&RAC) and the Superintending Engineer (Operation), Warangal.

🌱 This milestone marks another step towards promoting clean and sustainable energy while strengthening Telangana's renewable power infrastructure.

🏗️ Foundation Stone Laid for the Proposed 33/11 kV Rompaid Substation

Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister & Energy Minister Sri Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu Garu, along with Hon'ble MLA Sri Koram Kanakaiah Garu, Hon'ble MLA Sri Ramdas Nayak Garu, and Hon'ble CMD, TGNPDCL, Sri Karnati Varun Reddy Garu, laid the foundation stone for the proposed 33/11 kV Rompaid Substation at Rompaid, Yellandu Rural Section.

🎉 On the same occasion, the dignitaries officially inaugurated the newly constructed 33/11 KV Mutyalampadu Substation, which was successfully charged on 19.07.2026.

🔋 8 MVA Power Transformer Successfully Commissioned at 33/11 KV Kyathanapally Substation

✅ Yesterday at 19:18 hrs, a new 8 MVA Power Transformer (PTR), upgraded from 5 MVA to 8 MVA, was successfully commissioned and charged at the 33/11 kV Kyathanapally Substation under Operation Section, Kyathanapally.

👨‍💼 The commissioning was carried out by the Superintending Engineer/Operation, Mancherial, in the presence of all other officials of TGNPDCL

⚡ Key Benefit:
The enhancement of transformer capacity from 5 MVA to 8 MVA will strengthen the distribution network, improve voltage regulation, accommodate the growing power demand, and ensure a more reliable and quality power supply to consumers in the Kyathanapally area.

✅ As part of strengthening the power network and minimizing supply downtime, the 17.5 km, 33 kV interlinking line from Gundala Substation to the under-construction Lingala Substation in Mulugu Circle was successfully charged today at 18:42 hrs by the Director (Operation) in the presence of CE (Operation-II).

🔹 The new interlinking line provides an alternate source of power supply for both Bhadradri Kothagudem and Mulugu Circles, improving network reliability and ensuring uninterrupted power supply during contingencies.
