5/ This could be happening for a number of reasons, but whats important is that we get the word out to $OSMO stakers that they must both vote, and do their own research before doing so. As well as make sure they know votes can be changes before the proposal ends.

4/So if everyone is agrees it's sh*t, what's the problem?

Well, the proposal is somehow at 80%+ YES support, and many of us believe a big reason is people blindly voting yes to proposals that come across the governance pool, as well as some not knowing they can change their vote

3/ Essentially, there is a proposal put forwards to delegate some of @osmosis community funds to incentives for this $BOOT token, from the https://t.co/DqCFqXppGy project. However, the community seems in WIDE agreement that this is not a good idea, the project seems sus.
