@GooglePlay Google play is a scam, I redeemed a sweatshirt from them, went to order and it said out of stock. I was given the run around and they told me they can't redeem points and my item is out of stock so there goes years worth of points and there's nothing they can do!

@JagexSupport is there someone I can talk to about how my account was compromised? I had everything you guys tell us to have from 2fa to a bank pin so I need to know how they got access again. I tried asking in the support emails but my questions go ignored.

@Samanthadev @JagexSupport Someone was able to link my osrs account to their jagex account. I changed my password multiple times prior, had 2fa enabled and somehow they were easily able to link the account to a jagex account.

@JagexSupport Are you serious? I didn't click any links. How are you just going straight to blaming me when you guys make it too easy to link a jagex account. Why is there no safety measures when you first link an account?

@JagexSupport How were they so easily able to bypass my 2FA, transfer my osrs account to their jagex account and bypass my bank pin? This makes zero sense. How was this so easy for them to do through the jagex website? Why is there no message asking me to confirm any changes? #OSRS

@JagexSupport ok so this is super frustrating, its saying no account found when i type in the email i have been using for over a decade now. Is there anyone that can actually help me figure this out? I am at a complete loss as to what is going on right now and i havent been able to get any help from anyone. #osrs

@JagexSupport why is my account still getting hacked? I have authenticator, i changed my password, my bank pin, i havent gone to any sites or talked to ANYONE. I did an antivirus sweep and it came back clean, i did my part and now i need you guys to do yours and HELP ME.
