Mine was in December of 2012, on the Golden Princess. A round-trip cruise from Los Angeles to Hawaiʻi, with stops in Hilo (Hawaiʻi), Lahaina (Maui), Honolulu (Oʻahu), Nāwiliwili (Kauaʻi), and Ensenada, Mexico.

About to sail under the Auckland Harbour Bridge. The boat, NZL 41, is a 24 m (79 ft) 1995 America’s Cup yacht. This was from a 2023 Pacific Crossing from San Francisco to Sydney aboard the Grand Princess.

51 days for me! It's a 14-day Eastern Caribbean on the Caribbean Princess, out of Port Canaveral. My first time sailing the Caribbean during hurricane season. Being prepared for possible itinerary changes is a must. I'm ready!

For those who enjoy getting their daily steps in, the ships in the Grand class allow you to walk the full ship perimeter. Takes about 2.6 laps for a mile. It’s one of the features of the more experienced class of ships. I like to think of myself as “more experienced.” Cheers!

I hate the hassle of checking bags! These are the actual backpacks I used for 37 days. I do admit, when going on a cruise, complimentary laundry service is a nice loyalty benefit to work towards!
