I’ve have now officially enrolled on to the FAW C certificate course in Wales.

After being continuously disappointed by the English FAs shameful selection process for their UEFA C it was clear I would have to go down a different route.

Our first game was chaotic but after a couple weeks training it was great to see the players perform their roles to a good standard despite the loss.

When I use this I reiterate that when contesting for an open ball they are not constrained to an area so they can pounce on mistakes.
