Lord, as the sun rises, let every darkness surrounding our lives disappear. Let every delay give way to progress, every setback turn into a testimony, and every closed door be replaced with something better. May we walk confidently in the plans You have prepared for us in Jesus name.
Dear God,
Thank You for this day and for Your endless love.
Give me strength when I am weak, peace when I am worried,
and wisdom to make good decisions.
Protect my family and guide me on the right path.
Fill my heart with hope, faith, and kindness.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Dear God,
Thank You for the gift of life and for the blessing of a new day. Thank You for Your unfailing love, Your mercy, and Your faithfulness that never fail.
As we step into this day, we place everything into Your hands. Go before us and make every crooked path straight. Let Your favor open doors of opportunity, and may Your grace guide us in all that we do.
Lord, protect us wherever we go. Order our steps, direct our decisions, and fill our hearts with wisdom, peace, and courage. Bless the work of our hands, our families, and all that concerns us.
May this day be productive, fruitful, and filled with Your goodness and favor.
In Jesus' Name we pray

Heavenly Father,
We pray for all who are poor, hungry, lonely, or struggling to meet their daily needs. Bless them with food when they are hungry, shelter when they are without a home, and hope when they feel discouraged.
Grant them strength to face each day and surround them with people who will show kindness, compassion, and generosity. Open our hearts as well, so that we may help those in need and share the blessings You have given us.
May justice, peace, and dignity be restored to every person who suffers from poverty. Let Your love shine brightly in their lives and give them courage for tomorrow.
Amen.
Dear God,
Thank You for the gift of this new day, for Your unfailing love, Your mercy, and the breath of life You have given us.
As we step into today, we place everything into Your hands. Guide our steps, protect us from harm, and surround us with Your favor wherever we go. Grant us wisdom in our work, grace in our words, and strength to remain focused on what matters most.
Lord, bless our efforts, open doors of opportunity, and let Your peace fill our hearts. Silence every voice raised against us and let every plan that is not of You come to nothing.
We declare in faith that this is a good day You have made. Good news is coming, doors are opening, and no weapon formed against us shall prosper. We walk confidently because You are with us always.
In Jesus name, we pray
The students of Soweto did not march so that we would erect statues in their honour. They marched because they believed a different South Africa was possible and they handed us a nation they could only imagine. That is the most profound act of intergenerational trust in our history. The question that Day 16 places before us is not whether we remember them. It is whether we are worthy of what they gave us. Every generation inherits two things: the achievements of those before them, and the problems those before them failed to solve.
What we do with both defines us.

You’ve seen #ThePolygamist and saw how Jonasi went out… just know, that is not just TV drama, it is real life consequences.
Multiple partners without protection increase your risk of STIs and HIV. Ignoring treatment does not make it go away, it makes it worse.
Knowing your status is power. Using protection is responsibility. Taking your treatment is survival.
If you stopped treatment, come back, reinitiate and stay on it to achieve an undetectable viral load. This means living a healthier life with zero risk of passing HIV on to others.
Remember, prevention options such as PrEP and Lenacapavir can help protect against HIV, but condoms are still essential to protect against STIs like gonorrhoea, syphilis, herpes, chlamydia and more, as well as unwanted pregnancies.
