I used to feel demotivated all the time.
Because I saw no results.
So I thought nothing was working.
But I was measuring wrong.
I tracked outcomes.
Not effort.
Now I track reps.
And I see progress every day.
Motivation came back.
Procrastination is feedback.
Not failure.
It tells you:
this task is too unclear
too overwhelming
or too mentally heavy
So you escape.
Listen to it.
Simplify the work.
Then act.
More advice won’t fix you.
Better execution will.
Stop collecting information.
Start applying it.
Even imperfectly.
Action teaches more than consumption.
You’re not bad at focusing.
Your mind is just overloaded.
Too many open loops.
Too many things to remember.
So your attention stays scattered.
Write it all down.
Plan the day.
Free your mind to think again.
