@CenterPoint Is it a design fault? It was only cat 1 hurricane! What if it was cat 3 hurricane? it would have damaged all Centerpoint properties.

Most of the customers care about when they get the power back more than how you repair the outages which is mainly your responsibility as a company.

What is the time line for each zip code to have power back?
Please inform your customers who are really suffering from power outages and misinformed abut your plans.
