UPDATE: The group of unemployed Assistant Agricultural Practitioners have taken their battle to get their jobs back to the National Treasury. The group is now picketing outside the department's head office in Pretoria to demand answers on why no funding is being released to the Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development so that they could be employed. Almost two weeks ago, the group staged a night vigil outside the offices of the latter. @ScrollaAfrica
UPDATE: The unemployed Assistant Agricultural Practitioners last night moved from the offices of the National Treasury where they were picketing to sleep in front of the offices of the Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development. They want the government to re-employ them as per an undertaking by President Cyril Ramaphosa. @ScrollaAfrica
