i need to chime in here, the REASON most audio people will talk about Red zone being bad is because OBS is one of the only programs i've dealt with as an audio engineer that uses Red to show "close to 0dB", not "clipped over 0dB", most DAWs dont turn red until you actually hit above 0dB (to show clipping)

so TLDR is yeah, Red in OBS is fine, as long as the entire meter doesn't go red (when you pass over 0)

The Artemis II crew captured this view of an Earthset on April 6, 2026, as they flew around the Moon. The image is reminiscent of the iconic Earthrise image taken by astronaut Bill Anders 58 years earlier as the Apollo 8 crew flew around the Moon.
