We secured a full disallowance in a hard-fought CRPS claim. What began as finger trauma spiraled into complex allegations, but after sharp cross-exams & airtight briefing, the judge found no credible medical basis under the Budapest Criteria. A big win for our client.
Our Partner, Femi Gbede, recently joined the Africa Arbitration Academy team in Lilongwe, Malawi, on invitation from the Attorney General of Malawi, in his capacity as a Director of the Academy.
The Academy engaged government counsel on managing complex cross-border disputes.
