@tracywine145 Dennis Johnson (1979 FMVP) joined Larry Bird (1981 FMVP) in '83 and we know how that went. DJ wasn't fully in his prime at that point though.
Hard to say. Magic hadn't won before Kareem. KD hadn't won before Steph. Kobe nor Shaq had won alone yet. West didn't win before Wilt
It’s not even that deep, I just don’t believe the Celtics are better without Jayson Tatum, can they still win? Yes, they are a deep team but i refuse to believe that adding Jayson Tatum to a basketball team is gonna hurt their chances of winning, and just don’t believe hockey players or football players understand what it’s like to be a professional hooper everyday. Have any opinion u want but im just lettin u know its a difference between actually living it and spectating, I dont care if u spectated for 40 years, u will never know. Its okay to gain knowledge and support the sport, u don’t have to be apart of the story too
Breaking: The NBA's Board of Governors has approved a vote for the league to explore bids and applicants for expansion teams exclusively in Las Vegas and Seattle, sources tell ESPN. A bidding process is expected to generate offers in the $7-10 billion range for each team.
The Wizards trading for Trae Young + AD and benching them both for the rest of the season is a blatant sign that the NBA Lottery system has failed to stop tanking.
I came up with a solution to fix it:
@19_loading Bob McAdoo gave us 21 and 8 in the 2nd half of the 1978-79 season after getting traded from New York mid-season. He only played 20 games as Celtic.
“If Shai lost Jalen Williams, Chet Holmgren, Isaiah Hartenstein, and Alex Caruso, would he be doing what Jaylen Brown is? That’s why JB is the MVP” -@Scalabrine
