𝗛𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗮, 𝗮 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿 from district #Mirpurkhas 's village Shabat Lashar in the union council of Kherao, taluka Sindhri, has been selling organic ghee since 2012. Initially, her business was not profitable. The situation changed when Thardeep Rural Development Programme and PPAF provided her with a matching grant of 500,000 rupees, to which Haseena contributed 100,000 rupees. With this fund, she bought four cows; two at a cost of 165,000 rupees (82,500 per cow) and another for 130,000 rupees. She used the remaining money to purchase wheat straw for 28,000 rupees and wheat husk cattle feed for 18,000 rupees. For the first time, Haseena visited a livestock market (Maandi) to buy cows at fair prices. It was a wonderful experience as she learned how the sale and purchase in market was going on. Haseena has also opened a bank account in her name, through which she manages deposits and withdrawals and is happy to find that bank gives profits on her deposits.
Now, her organic ghee business is profitable. Haseena produces and sells organic (desi) ghee and butter. Initially, her sales were half a kilogram or one kilogram per week, but they have now increased to two kilograms weekly, totaling six to eight kilograms per month. The profit covers the cost of cattle feed and household expenses. With Thardeep's support, a team of doctors from the Livestock Department visited, provided consultations on animal diseases, and supplied a vaccination chart for disease prevention. Haseena expresses deep gratitude to Thardeep, the EU, ITC, PPAF for their support and the matching grant, which significantly impacted her business and life.

#ShaheedBenazirabad/#Nawabshah (February 29) Thardeep Rural Development Programme conducted three days teachers training on Mental Health and psycho-socio support ( MHPSS) at Teachers Resource Center (TRC) Nawabshah with the support of UNICEF Pakistan.
Teachers understand the importance of psychosocial support in fostering resilience within individuals, families, and communities. This support plays a vital role in creating a friendly classroom environment and helps children learn and thrive. Drawings can be used to explore a child's physical, social, and emotional needs by reflecting their experiences, relationships, and feelings.
To address stress, distress, and trauma, individuals can use a variety of coping mechanisms and seek professional help if needed. Discussing these topics and exploring remedies requires collaboration with a supervisor and master trainers to ensure proper guidance and support.
