Great episode and loved the discussion about AI! I definitely agree that only a few key players will dominate the core AI services market.

However I believe we'll see a massive number of AI focused startups developing vertical/industry tools and applications in sectors like finance, health, marketing, education. Yes, many will not make it, but that's par for the course with most startups in any industry.

I compare OpenAI to iOS, enabling the core ecosystem and allowing others to create their own unique apps solving specific business problems.

Traditional outbound marketing is not too effective for many brandable domains.

So we've setup a digital equivalent of outbound marketing, targeting large number of buyers at scale

For example, this recent Ad reached over 1M views across X / LinkedIn, eventually leading to a sale.

However, several other ads had similar visibility but didn't lead to any conversions.

It all comes down to presenting the right names to the right buyers at the right moment, and we'll continue to test & iterate

We did an interesting experiment recently.

We trained AI to generate strong brandable domains using word combinations and naming techniques that have demonstrated high STR.

We then trained additional AI models to grade these generated domains using independent buyer personas.

Essentially, we have built a brandable domain generator on auto-pilot that grades its own work, produces investment quality unregistered domains and progressively improves over time.

To avoid any potential conflict of interest, we do not plan on registering these domains ourselves. Instead, we will figure out a way to making these data sets available to the investor community in the near future.

Why! Do online gambling sites use the .gg extension a lot?

For these reasons, online gambling sites prefer to use .gg domains to access international markets, circumvent legal regulations in certain countries, connect with the gaming community, and for effective branding.
