@dominos The service my local store is providing is unacceptable. They should not take orders if they can't even get it in the oven within an hour of my placing the order. The order shows out for delivery now but the time keeps increasing. 2 hours for a pizza order?!

A worker left the store at 8:04 and is estimated to be here about 23 minutes after that, despite me being less than a mile from the store. I do not look forward to seeing the freshness of my meal, and both myself and my family are heavily frustrated.

@dominos - I have had several good interactions since my last complaint, however tonight is not satisfactory. I placed an online delivery order an hour ago, however the tracker has never updated past the 'preparing stage', and the store is not answering the phone.

@dominos The store should not be accepting orders if they cannot fulfill them within the 1 hour delivery promise.

@dominos I had a pretty terrible experience.
Ordered: 6:41pm
Quality Check: 7:08pm - 27 minutes
Left Store: 7:24pm - 43 minutes
Arrived: 7:42pm - 61 minutes.
(I live 5 minutes from the store.)
It wasn't very fresh when it got here.
