@TMobile I ask the @TMobile rep if I would be receiving a new phone. They said they could not guarantee a new phone. I said so I will be paying $1500 for a refurbished phone. The @TMobile rep says it is 50/50. 🤯 @TMobile @TMobileHelp this is absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable

@TMobile absolutely shameful... I purchased a S24 Ultra in March.. I dropped my phone and cracked the screen. @TMobile says they cant replace the screen because they don't have parts. Instead they will send me another phone. I had a feeling it would be a refurbished phone.

Fast forward to June, I plug my charger into the phone and it says that either there is a foreign object or moisture in the port (unable to charged). I take my phone into a @TMobile service center they cant find anything wrong with the phone. They said they will replace it.
