I went ahead and used the human critical thinking capabilities to research your "sources" myself! Judging off the specific title of your "chart", it appears you're referencing a chart that was published in 2019 by Paul R. Bartrop. We can comfortably assume that Prof. Bartrop didn't research and publish these findings and casualty statistics in the same year and the raw data sourced is most likely from years prior to 2019. Now basic math shows that we didn't start classifying the genocide as an out-and-about genocide until after 10/7/23 when Israel publicly made it their mission to eradicate the Palestinian populace.

You'll note that 2023 is approximately 4 years PRIOR to this ICJ classification of the Palestinian televised genocide.

One last fun fact for ya: A genocide can be CLASSIFIED as a genocide with a death toll of 0! Even if not a single innocent Palestinian was killed, Israel's genocidal actions, rhetoric and plans are more than enough to classify their genocide in Gaza as a genocide.
