They have no right to expect to be housed with females no matter WHAT issues they face in male prisons.

If there is the risk of victimization, that is an issue for the males prison system to deal with, not outsource it to a female prison.

Yes...males who commit crimes should be with other males who commit crimes. If there are issues within those prisons, it is not the duty if women's prisons to take on males who may be victimized by other males.
