The Govt of Canada is arguing in court that, yes, while there have been rapes of women in female prison by trans identified men, its ok because them being raped is a "reasonable limit" on their Charter rights when balanced against the benefits of accommodating the men raping them by placing them in female prisons.

These men didn’t just kill these sweet grandparents. Just killing them would have been a mercy.

They terrorized and bludgeoned them.

Arnold De Jong was found dead in his bed with duct tape wrapped tightly around his entire head and face, smothered to death.

Joanne De Jong, was found in another bedroom and died of sharp and blunt force trauma to her head and neck.

Both had their hands and feet bound with rope.

The De Jong’s last minutes on this earth were brutal, horrifying and they suffered more than any human being ever should.

It must be a huge relief for the families of the victims to hear that these three feel really, really bad and pinky promise swear never to do anything like this again. Now they want to talk to a judge about their feelings. Get f*cked.

There is no redemption for this act. No amount of time can pass. No amount of penance is sufficient. No amount of remorse can be expressed. No amount of praying can save your soul.
