International kpop fans will NEVER be respected by kpop companies.

No, it’s not because their main market is eastern asia, it’s because they don’t HAVE to respect us.

International fans have this boomer ass mentality that if they keep streaming, they keep buying, they keep supporting, kpop companies will see them as valuable and respect them but that’s not why kpop companies respect ea fans.

Let’s put it this way, an issue occurs and ea fans have an opinion about it and int fans have an opposing opinion.
The consequences of picking the int fans side is having ea fans drop the group completely (at least for a while) sending trucks and making a huge scene.
Picking the ea fans side would make int fans trend hashtags but as soon as a comeback is announced they’ll drop any opposition and support monetarily.

So tell me, why would kpop companies ever respect our opinions in those cases?

International fans never actually act on their complaints.
Sure they speak, a lot, but when it comes to it they’ll sacrifice everything including their morals to consume.
Eastern asian fans are flimsy at standing their ground for a long time but at least they’ll do it. If they think they are being disrespected as consumers they walk away.

How many times do kpop companies need to show it they see you as nothing but dirt on the group for you to grow some self respect?

Sure, you love these idols but is that love big enough to be treated as shit and stick around?

Grow some fucking self respect for once.
Until you respect your own time, effort and money don’t expect them to respect those for you.

Time and time again international fans have proven to these companies they’ll will bark but never bite.
We complain about marking up their albums, we complain about scammy concerts (and prioritizing sasaengs in the line), we complain about safety issues, we complain about overworking and so so much more but we don’t actually do shit.
These companies can do everything, break all your moral beliefs but you will still baby them and these practices.
You will STILL give them money.

Untill you respect yourself they won’t respect you.

So the next time you complain on twitter, the next time you spread those hashtags, remember THEY ARE LAUGHING AT YOU because they know if they ignore for long enough they’ll get your money anyway.

When you don’t respect your morals because “you want to support your faves” remember you are making this industry a worst place, not only for the idols being exploited but for all international fans being treated as shit.

Your money and support is the only bridge of communication with these companies.
They don’t care about hashtags or complaints, this is a business, only money talks and international fans are a continuous stream of easy cash.

Talk with your money or you might as well shut up because they won’t be listening.

even from a business standpoint, sm’s decisions with riize make zero sense. in those two days alone, seunghan’s return had fans excited, monthly listeners went up, people were buying albums and merch—and yet they still chose to listen to a loud hateful minority. if they had taken legal action back then, or even now, all of this could’ve been avoided. instead, they’ve created a situation so frustrating and alienating that people either don’t feel like stanning riize anymore or never became stans at all. they’re actively damaging the group’s long-term potential and reputation just to rewrite the past.

Hey Brii7e,
We’re working on a new project with @riizehq and @RIIZE_EUROPE specifically targeting Center 5 officials. They’ve continuously ignored our demands, so it’s time to make sure they hear us loud and clear.

Project 1
We’re planning a billboard at SM Seoul Forest Station a location heavily frequented by SM employees. This ensures that Center 5 officials can’t avoid our message. The billboard will expose their negligence and mismanagement, making the public aware of what’s been going on.

Project 2
We’re also launching a PR and advertising campaign. While we can’t reveal too much yet, this initiative will benefit Rii7e and highlight SM and Center 5’s poor handling of the situation to a global audience.

There are more surprise projects included that will be revealed on D-Day.

The budget for everything will be: $4500

We plan to do the projects on may but they will not interfere with the comeback !
