god where do i start
first off, this is depressing as hell, but we gotta start talking about it before we go extinct
dr. shanna swan + joe rogan discuss the impacts of manmade chemicals aka endocrine disruptors aka fucking EVERYTHING on human health
an overview 🤦🏻♀️👇
dumb take
gen z just realizes how poisonous and distasteful it is and that you don’t need it to have fun and be your authentic self. they’re opting for gathering in new ways. for example, local to me is a quarterly giant picnic and it’s a whole ordeal.
This isn’t the W you think it is. Gen Z aren’t drinking less out of health or discipline but bc they’d rather goon to pixels than have a cheeky night out with the lads or flirt with a real woman in a bar. The collapse of alcohol sales is just another indicator of the collapse of Western civilisation itself
More women DIE giving birth in America than in any other developed country.
And no one wants to talk about why.
America spends $111 BILLION a year to deliver babies, yet thousands of mothers leave hospitals with trauma they can’t explain.
Lying on your back? It makes labor longer, more painful, and more dangerous.
How about Pitocin? The truth is frightening.
Here’s what no one is telling you about childbirth—and what every expectant parent needs to know.

i want to tell you guys about the unintended benefits of doing too much tai chi
i practise every day. i do more than 20 hours a week. i have well over 1000 hours clocked in by now
strange things have happened and continue to happen...
DID YOU KNOW:
Fiji water garnered a lot of popularity due to it's high silica content at 93 mg/L.
BUT Socosani water's silica comes in at 108 mg/L. It also comes in glass. So slept on. FIJI also has some BPA/Microplastic/arsenic content which makes it less than ideal.
@therawsol it’s like a little workout in your sleep lol! the weight of your body on
the ground + moving around in your sleep hydrates your muscles like contractions from working out. you also get really deep sleep because your body can fully let go on the ground as opposed to a soft bed
@therawsol low barrier to entry, can always get a mattress.
i slept on carpet, layered a couple comforters and duvets, low profile pillow for head and lots of pillows for extra coziness
