I am appalled by this. @PoliceZimbabwe this must be investigated - but I am afraid it is all too common in @CityofBulawayo . I have had numerous reports of policemen at intersections who then pounce on unsuspecting motorists, get in their cars, and “fine” them for crimes they didn’t commit.

This has to stop. But it won’t until the ZRP hierarchy clamp down on these wayward policemen.
