People treat capitalism, socialism and communism as just another text book definitions, but these are the ideologies that shaped up our lives as an average human.

In Nigeria, the capitalism mindset is not just about setting our own prices and prioritize our Individual profit, it’s also how we personalized success, tragedy, misfortune and injustice.

A majority (not average) of Nigerians will never fight back against an “obvious” injustice, because they are not the victims.

We don’t raise a damn eyebrow until a tragedy hits home.

That is why you and I go to work the following morning after a 300+ school children were kidnapped instead of using the leverage we have as the majority to demand accountability from our government, law enforcements etc to get them out as soon as possible.

Until we start to treat capitalism and socialism as more than economy policies, we ain’t going anywhere with either systems.
